IMPACT 2024 HFC

HealthWorks Fitness Center provides wellness facilities and programs designed to impact adverse health outcomes while improving fitness and quality of life. HealthWorks offers member benefits including group fitness classes, a fitness floor, personal trainers, nutrition counseling, massage therapy, aquatics, and more. In Union County, HealthWorks also offers exclusive perks, such as the JuiceBar, MyZone, KidWorks, Soo Bahk Do, and Rock Steady Boxing. Non-members can also enjoy HealthWorks Fitness Center with day and week passes, Lifeguard Certification classes, CPR Certification/Recertification, pool parties, private/group swim lessons, and personal training.

In 2024, HealthWorks Fitness Center welcomed its new General Manager, Warren West, a familiar face to the community. He graduated from South Arkansas College in 2018 with an Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy and was licensed by the Arkansas State Medical Board. He has a National Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy) and has experience working with diverse populations in various leadership roles.

Another addition to the HealthWorks Fitness Center team was a new Registered Massage Therapist, Sophia Clay. Thanks to Sophia, HealthWorks Fitness Center has incorporated options for a Swedish Massage or Deep Tissue Massage with member and non-member rates available at reasonable prices.
