PRN Case Manager
Position Summary: Plan and deliver care to patients, utilizing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interact with patients, families and other team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing and clinical competency. Show sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and families and one’s own feelings about dying and death.
Qualifications:Current unencumbered Arkansas RN license and a minimum of one year of nursing experience. Is required. Basic computer skills. Dependable transportation, current liability coverage and valid driver’s license.
Requires routine driving. Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, state required auto insurance and a clean motor vehicle report.

Position Summary: Case management of hospice house patients. Serve as liaison between physicians and other service providers. Insure continuity of care and treatment plan implementation. Perform routine RN duties, monitor infection control, make meaningful observations, write brief, accurate reports, and participate in continuing education. Promote a quality hospice program. Promote a team approach to hospice care.
Qualifications: A current Arkansas RN license and three years of nursing experience are required. Possess the ability to make meaningful observations, write brief accurate reports, ability to recognize the needs of people and maintain a good relationship with them, have experience in the areas of grief and loss with the ability to recognize and relate to the problems of grieving families. Possess ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patients/families/caregivers, and other employees of LTHH. Possess ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Certifications: CPR certification is required.

Certified Trainer Level 1
Status: Part- Part-Time/Hourly
Benefits: NoPosition Summary: Responsible for customer service, assisting members with equipment use/operation, providing quality individual fitness and exercise programs, providing new member screening, orientation, testing, and exercise prescription. Responsible for the fitness area to be clean and safe and members are following HFC policies and procedures.
Qualifications: A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an athletic training, military, fitness center or health center environment providing exercise prescription either through a formal training course or adequate on the job training and an acceptable certification in personal training is required. A degree in an Exercise Science or health/fitness related degree program strongly preferred. Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered, but must possess excellent communication, motivational and coaching skills and possess competent knowledge of exercise principles, fitness testing, health risks, and fitness design programs.
Certifications:
A current personal training certification from ACSM, NCSA, ACE or NASM is required.
CPR/First Aid Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire. The cost for external CPR certification will be reimbursed by HFC if internal CPR certification is not available.

Membership Marketing Associate
Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of membership sales to individuals and corporate accounts. Develops membership inquiries, prospect tours and community outreach into new membership sales. Accurately completes contracts and enters membership data into database and billing software. Processes memberships through assistance program and maintains required participant levels. Develops and maintains a new member on-boarding process, providing customer service after the sale. Delivers informative professional customer interaction to achieve or exceed membership sales and up sale goals.
Qualifications: Three years of successful sales experience is required. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Programs, email programs, and various social media platforms is required. Must be able to professionally initiate conversation with energy and a positive attitude. Relevant experience in the completion of complex contracts or applications is preferred. Public speaking experience preferred. Professional dress is expected. Must have the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously while paying close attention to detail. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, work efficiently without close supervision, and work effectively with other staff members. Must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Must have the ability to effectively operate telephone, personal computer, fax machine, other various office equipment, and software/programs (i.e. Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook).

eXtreme Youth Programs Sponsor

Position Summary: The sponsor will organize and carryout monthly prevention meetings, activities and approved events throughout the school year that are centered around the club’s five pillars: community service, community outreach, drug-free education, drug-free activities, and social and emotional awareness. This is a part-time position during the school year. The candidate is expected to work outside regular school hours including occasional weekends. The duration of this position is from August 2022 to May 2023.
Qualifications: Current employment as a teacher at a Union County School District is required. Experience in youth serving or prevention programs with additional experience in marketing or communications is strongly preferred. Will consider other School District employees who have the preferred experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, networking, creativity, planning and organizational abilities required. Computer skills to include Excel, Word and Power Point.

Environmental Services Level 2
Status: Full-Time/Hourly/30-40 Hours a week
Position Summary: Perform general janitorial services; work in all interior and exterior areas of SHARE facilities. Includes, but is not limited to lawn care, landscaping, general housekeeping, deep cleaning, equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance as directed.
Qualifications: One year of related custodial or general maintenance experience required. Experience operating heavy cleaning equipment preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. Interfaith Clinic VISTA
Service Description:
The Charitable Clinic VISTA will adopt a method for tracking potential volunteers, volunteer hours, and gather data to grow the current volunteer program. They will develop volunteer job descriptions, identify recruitment and retention best practices, train staff on how to effectively work with and train volunteers, and evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The VISTA will also become familiar with AHRQ and other resources that relate to Health Literacy and adapt resources in the Toolkit to create Standard Operating Procedures for the Clinic on Health Literacy. The candidate will survey patients to identify barriers related to spoken, written, self-care management, and support systems, and provider training to staff to implement Health Literacy workflows. The candidate will partner with SHARE Foundation’s Resource Development Director to identify funding opportunities for these projects.
Interfaith Clinic VISTA Goal of the Project:
Support low-income, uninsured patients at the charitable clinic setting by researching, creating, and implementing a volunteer program to promote healthy futures and build capacity by implementing a Health Literacy Plan to improve the health literacy among low-income clinic patients.Qualifications:
- A strong candidate will have experience working with and recruiting volunteers.
- Have the ability to work independently to complete projects.
- Having experience with program development is preferred.
- You will work in a free and charitable clinic setting to research, create, and implement a volunteer program.
- The VISTA will also work to improve Health Literacy by implementing a Health Literacy Plan.
- Candidate must have good computer skills in order to create reports and evaluation tools to measure the program’s success. Should be proficient in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Some office or clinic experience preferred.
