Head Lifeguard
Status: Full-Time (40 hrs.) Weekdays and at least two weekends a month.
Benefits: YesPosition Summary: Responsible for safety, service and cleanliness of the aquatic department. Assists the Pool Manager with the daily operation of the pool, coordination of swim programs and the supervision of the Lifeguards. Inspects record keeping and equipment daily. Ensures that first aid supplies are always fully stocked.
Qualifications: To be eligible for employment, two years of lifeguarding experience that includes a working knowledge of testing pool chemicals is required. Some experience teaching swim lessons is preferred.
Certifications: Current Lifeguard, CPR/First Aid and Water Safety Certifications are required to be eligible for employment. Must obtain Certified Pool Operator Certification within six month of hire cost of certification will be paid by HFC.

Lifeguard Level 1
Status: Part-Time (25 hrs.) Afternoons between the hours of 12:00PM and 8:00PM and on weekends.
Position Summary: Primary job responsibility is to ensure the safety, service and cleanliness of the Aquatics Center in a friendly professional manner.
Qualifications: High school diploma, GED or currently enrolled in an accredited education program.
Certifications: Current Lifeguard and CPR certifications are required.

Hospice and Palliative Care APN
Status: Full-Time/Hourly at 32 Hours a week
Position Summary: Coordinate all aspects of the Life Touch Palliative Care Program; perform hospice patient visits to include rounding in the JRWHH and Face-to-Face visits; provide clinical staff education.
Qualifications: Possess a Master’s Degree in Nursing, current license as an APN in good standing by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing and Prescriptive Authority are required. Geriatric primary care, long term care, and/or hospice and palliative care experience preferred. Must obtain billing privileges as a nurse practitioner.

Fitness Programming Manager
Status: Full-Time/40 Hours/Days, Nights and Weekends
Position Summary: Develop and manage the training programs and services offered by HealthWorks Fitness Center (HFC). Inspire, train, motivate, and evaluate fitness staff to provide the highest quality of customer service through individual attention and activities that promotes member retention. Manage fitness department budget. Hold staff accountable for reaching revenue goals.
Qualifications: Four years of fitness industry management experience that must include, budgeting, analytics/reporting, employee supervision, scheduling, payroll/time keeping and successfully developing revenue driven training programs is required. Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology or related field is strongly preferred. Must possess excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills. Must possess competent knowledge of exercise principles and prescription. Ability to work independently and use judgment and discretion. Must have proficient computer skills to use Microsoft Word, Excel, email and software programs.
Certifications: A current personal training certification is required; ACSM certification is strongly preferred; NCSA, ACE or NASM are acceptable; other certifications will not be considered. Master Level Trainer is preferred.
CPR/First Aid Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire. The cost for external CPR certification will be reimbursed by HFC if internal CPR certification is not available.
