eXtreme Prevention is conducting a Mental Health and Substance Use Needs Assessment to gather community input that will guide efforts to address mental health and substance use/misuse in Union County.
SHARE Foundation was recently awarded the Strategic Prevention Framework – Partnerships for Success for Communities (SPFPFS-C) Grant that will provide prevention services to underserved adults in Union County.
