The Member Acconts Specialist is the first point of member contact at the front desk. Act as public relations representative, promoting consistent delivery of excellent customer service. Responsible for the member check in process, point of sale functions including Café as needed, membership sales and prospect tours. Performs receptionist functions for the center and disseminates information and customer complaints and or concerns.
One year of successful customer service is required with 3 or more years preferred. Must be able to work independently and use judgment and discretion. Must be able to handle basic office functions and point of sale functions. Must possess excellent public relations skills and communication skills both verbal and written.
