As an employee of SHARE, you can use this page to access everything you need to complete the self-directed annual OSHA training program. Just follow the instructions below!

Instructions for Self-Directed Training

In order to be OSHA Compliant every SHARE employee must complete the following training annually. YOUR training should coincide with YOUR evaluation date.

Click on the link below and watch the 24 minute OSHA Video on Bloodborne Pathogens.

STEP TWO
Click here to get the test (pdf). Print the test out. You will use the training booklet in the next step to answer the questions on the test.

STEP THREE
Click here to get the training booklet (pdf). Read the text to answer the questions on the test. It’s O.K. to copy the answers from the book. After you have completed the test be sure to sign and date it.

TURN THE TEST IN TO YOUR SUPERVISOR!

STEP FOUR
Click here to get the policy review documents. Read and review both policies.

When you have completed reviewing them view the training verification form (pdf). Print it out sign it and return it to your supervisor along with the OSHA test.

STEP FIVE
The Exposure Control downloadable documents on the right will allow you to view your agencies written plan for both HAZCOM and Bloodborne pathogens. The OSHA Standard links on the right will take you to the OSHA Federal Code of regulations.

Congratulations! You have completed annual training!

TURN YOUR TEST AND YOUR TRAINING VERIFICATION FORM INTO YOUR SUPERVISOR.
